This section includes information about resolving common errors in SuiteCommerce InStore (SCIS) setup and configuration. This section also includes guidance on settings and preferences you can select to enable the best performance of your SCIS implementation.


If you choose to uninstall the SuiteCommerce InStore SuiteApp, some records that were added to your NetSuite account on the first installation will remain in the system. If you choose to uninstall or remove the SuiteApp, and then install it again, you must select the option to replace the records during the latest installation process.
