The SuiteCommerce Size Chart extension lets you add size charts to your web store, allowing shoppers to view sizing without having to leave the product page. You can provide information on sizes in the shopper’s preferred unit of measurement and offer tips on measurements and fit. Size Chart creates a specific landing page where shoppers can view different size charts.
SuiteCommerce extensions are only available if they are provisioned and set up in your account. For more information, see NetSuite SuiteCommerce Extensions.
To display size charts in your product pages, you must perform the following steps:
Install and activate the SuiteCommerce Size Chart extension
Add the size chart fields to the website field sets
Determine the size chart you want to use for the inventory item
Size Chart Page
The SuiteCommerce Size Chart extension creates a size chart landing page with all the size charts for your website at domain.com/size-charts.
You can access the individual size charts by using the size chart record internal ID and the size chart name in the URL. Any spaces in the size chart name are replaced by underscores. For example, to display a size chart named Women's Tops, the URL is domain.com/size-charts/1-Womens_Tops.
SuiteCommerce Size Chart is an extension SuiteApp. It needs to be installed and then activated.
To install the SC Size Chart SuiteApp:
In NetSuite, go to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles.
In the Keywords field, enter the Bundle ID or ‘size chart’ and click Search.
Verify that the SC Size Chart SuiteApp is returned in the search and select it.
Review the SuiteApp details and then click Install.

Set Up the Size Chart Extension
When you have installed and activated the SuiteCommerce Size Chart extension, you need to set up the size charts to display in your web store.
To do this, you need to set up the size chart in the website setup record. In the Field Sets tab, for the
details and the
matrixchilditems Field Set IDs, add the
Size Chart and
Size Chart Id fields in the Fields Included in the Field Set field.

Customize the Size Charts
The SuiteCommerce Size Chart extension includes 19 default size charts that you can use in your web store. These size charts include standard measurements in imperial and metric units for women’s, men’s, kid’s, and baby’s apparel. You can use the existing size charts or create new size chart records.
To add a new size chart:
Go to Lists > Web Site > Size Charts > New.
If you make changes to the default size charts, you overwrite the existing values. If you want to create a new chart using another size chart as a template, view the chart and use the Make a copy command.
In the Name field, enter a name you want to use for the size chart.
This is used to identify the size chart in the Item record.
In the Title field, enter the heading you want to display at the top of the size chart.
Use the Description field to enter additional details such as information on sizing and fit, and provide tips to take measurements.
In Chart field, add your size chart.
You can use the basic formatting tools in Formatted Text editing mode or enter HTML tags using the Source editing mode.
Assign a Size Chart to an Item
You must determine the size chart displayed when shoppers click the size chart link in the product page. The size chart link is only displayed in the product page if an size chart is assigned in the Item record.
To assign a size chart to an item:
Go to Lists > Accounting > Items.
Navigate to the SuiteCommerce Extensions tab and then the Size Chart subtab.
In the Size Chart field, select the size chart you want to assign to the item.
You can only assign one size chart to an item.
Click Save. If the item is a matrix item, click Update Matrix.
