Customizing a Receipt Template for SCIS

To customize one of receipt templates installed by the SuiteCommerce InStore SuiteApp, make a copy. After you make a copy of the receipt template, you can modify your copy to fit your particular business needs.

To make a copy of the SCIS Receipt Template:

  1. Ensure that you have enabled the advanced templates feature in your NetSuite account.

    1. Go to Setup > Company > Setup Tasks > Enable Features.

    2. Click the SuiteCloud tab.

    3. Under SuiteBuilder, check the Advanced PDF/HTML Templates box.

    4. Click Save.

  2. Go to Customization > Forms > Advanced PDF/HTML Templates.

  3. Find the SCIS Receipt Template you want to modify.

  4. Make a copy of the SCIS Receipt Template. For detailed instructions, read the help topic Creating a Copy of an Advanced Template.

After you have created your own receipt template, you can make changes as needed. For example, you may want to include custom fields on the print or email receipt.
